A Halloween Baby Octopus
(and "vintage" Baby Pumpkin)
Halloween is in full swing and I have to share the costumes I've made. The first is an octopus costume that I made for Baby Vivienne, our new grandbaby. Here she is in all her octopuslike glory:
I bought the pattern from this Etsy site. It's made from cotton knit from JoAnns fabric. The hat has googly eyes sewn to the brim.
Back in the day when her mama was just 7 weeks old, I made this pumpkin costume for her. This year Baby Vivienne gets to wear it, although she's a bit small for it yet:
